Perversely, I'd say no because none of the candidates' pages say what they intend to do for MACCAWS. Add that and maybe we get a better idea if these are people on our wavelength who are able to generate ideas and organise (OK, some have already shown that they can, clearly) as well as participate in mailing list discussions.
