Absolutely. Selected quotes could be included in the whitepaper,
but a section of the site with testimonials by high-profile
designers/developers and people working on high-profile sites would
probably be as effective as anything when it comes time to persuade
the suits.
The guys in the leather chairs are herd animals just like the rest
of us. If they see that 'everybody' is doing something, many of
them will want to do it too.
