[MACCAWS] joining mailing list only, not yahoo?

Hi there,

Gotta chap (feedback from the web site) who wants to join the mailing list but 
not yahoo.
How do I do that for him?

I initially did just that then later joined yahoo to have access to the files, 
but I can't find the relevant page to do the same for this guy.
