RE: [MACCAWS] browsers? No, user agents.

Hi everyone.

I think there are a lot of good arguments being made on both sides, but the
deciding factor should be user testing. Why don't we put this decision off
until we can test some of the early documents? I mean, if we simply cannot
make "user agent" mean anything to the typical client, then it doesn't make
sense for us to use it. If we find that several different terms are equally
effective, then we can fire this debate back up.
