This is a great article, and I can see some of our research writing taking this approach and style. I think our people will point out some flaws which we need to address better too. One flaw is his reasons why users don't upgrade, which he stated as: They don't know how. They don't know they should. They don't want to. He needs to add #4 They aren't allowed to. Because in universities and some places of employment where legacy browsers are used, the user does not have the RIGHT to upgrade their browser. But all in all, wonderful. And he presents GOOD case studies. I'd love if the research team could contact him and see if we could at least use the cases, and possibly use his article if they see fit. Char?
