Good morning all.

The results of the poll are in, with 18% of the group casting a vote.

The steering committee will be formed as per the nominations, with the
committee re-aligning roles as required over the next 6 to 12 months,
decisions can be made by the committee after a reasonable period of open
discussion. Reasonable being defined by the committee based on the
importance of the decision.
