[maccaws] e-mail and mailing list details added to wiki

Hi everyone,

I have added all the maccaws e-mail and mailing list details to the wiki. This 
should help us all contact the necessary people (there's a link to it off the 
front page):

BE AWARE: the General Mailing list <[email protected]> will take over from 
this yahoo one eventually, but for now please DO NOT USE IT (there's no one on 
it for a start). We will come up with a suitable tranfer policy a bit later on.

Instructions on how to admin your mailing lists (subscriptions, help, digest, 
etc) will be published a bit later on.
