I would vote: The purpose of this kit should be to assist website developers in convincing their prospective clients that standards based web design is a valid investment, and can give them an edge over their competitors, in turn bringing their site to new audiences. No matter HOW the developer chooses to integrate them, be it through XHTML 1.0 Trans + CSS, or XML + XSL, or XHTML 1.0 Strict + CSS + 508/WCAG-AAA.. it really doesn't matter. This paper should demonstrate the benefits and problems with standards based web development, and nothing more. Thoughts? Is this too extreme? Ryan
