Definitely. This is what will make the kit so valuable: real-life examples and metrics. What about a survey for these sites? When sending the original letter, ask if they could possibly fill out a short questionnaire that includes these questions (why did you change your site design, what did you hope to gain, what did you gain, what possible savings do you foresee, how long did it take to recode, how long to make changes now, how many pages, what (x)HTML standard was used, what CSS standard was used, etc.). Make sure to include a disclaimer that the company name and URL will not be used without their permission... This would give us an immense of raw data that would show the return on investment, which will then convince others to do the same, where we will get more information...you get the idea ;-) Char
