I must admit that I was a bit harsh - especially for my first post (I think!). 
I guess it seemed to me to be like the "ghastly" Lycos CSS redesign. I'm all 
in favour of using table-less layouts, and I'm in full agreement that (a) 
we're not going to get there (i.e. perfect compliance) in one go, and (b) 
some form of KUTGW message to the web site admin/designer would be a good 
thing.

It got a discussion going, though ;-)
