[MACCAWS] W3C members and invalid markup

This is ridiculous.....

How is this possible?!  Only 4.6% of all W3C members who have websites
use valid code!!

You'd think if you were a W3C member you'd abide by your own
recommendations!  It doesn't exactly paint a picture of an organisation
that believes in itself.  Maybe they should include it in their
membership agreement - you MUST use valid code in your site to become
and remain a member of the W3C....
