Just a minor clarification, it's not a "working Draft" in the pure W3C
jargon because it's not published as a W3C technical report but as an
article from the QA activity, but it is opened for review, see the
status :
"Please send any public feedback on it to the publicly archived mailing
list [email protected] or for a private feedback to [email protected]."

Tom, (and others), I have no problem with you saying it's not great,
you're probably right, but then I think you shouldn't miss the
opportunity to improve it...
