This tool used to exist about five years ago. I loved
it, I used it, I crashed it. Anyway, they got so much
traffic it went under, and was far too expensive to
maintain. Same follows for attempting to do so as a
public service today: bandwidth and processor load
would put someone in the poor house fast!

That said, I'd love to spin up a subscription service
to do just this. But who has the time, right? 

Meanwhile, for our project here I can offer a couple
different configs under Windows ( I use different OS
images via Virtual PC for this exact purpose ) and
whatever you want on Mac OS 9, OS X with NS 4.7,
IE5.2.1, Opera and OmniWeb.
