Ok, let me rephrase: How many people can actually turn off style
sheets? I know you can set your own with a couple browsers (but
honestly have never heard of anyone actually doing so other than a
couple geeks, not worried about them.)

If you are doing that just to see what it would be like in a browser
that doesn't support CSS, I guess I see the point, but I would rather
see it in that actual browser.

My point is why test the page without its CSS? Isn't that like
testing a flash page without the flash plug-in? Of course it won't
work.
