yes, I would think it'd have to go through an editor, but we'd also have to 
have a "valid on this date" decleration. Sites, change, contents get updated, 
valid code becomes invalid... out-of-date, or no-longer-relevant content is 
annoying on a site isn't it? we don't want that...

maybe some genius could write a script that would interogate our list of valid 
urls against the w3c validator and flag them for attention if they no longer 
validate?
