Me too, but only slightly ;)

FWIW, I included meta-data explicitly indicating that all the content is indeed
Yahoo's property, and explaining the purpose of the document. Seems like fair
use to me, as it's simply an academic exercise.

I seem to recall discussion on this list regarding legal counsel. I guess we
really should seek the advise of an attorney on the matter.

I considered this, but in my mind, the tables I used are appropriate. It's
always a judgement call, and I think the 'kit' should definitely address the
issue & offer some guidelines as to what qualifies as 'tabular data'.
