You know, that's true.  But the best way to get around it?  You're allowed
to parody a site under US law, as parody is actually protected under the
constitutional right to free speech.  There is a legal def and all that, but
there is a strong precident, so long as we are not seeking commercial gain.
Yahoo! may persue it, in which case we'll make it the yohoo! page, and
change all the copy/identifiable features.  Don't worry, I've done this
before.

Look, so long as it says it's a parody, and you're willing to make it comply
with a parody (easy, just take anything TMed, or (c)ed off, and replace it
with a close fakey if, and only if, Yahoo! is lame enough to care about you
given them a better version of their home page (it's possible, but they
probably won't since they're laid off some of their staff).

You can still consult an attorney, but this is really a pretty safe
proposition!  Forge ahead!
