IRP: Dead links on IRP page

Hi there,

we are preparing an IRP report and there are dead links on [1]:

http://www.w3.org/Voice/2013/scxml-irp/545/tests545.txml -> singular ’test’ works
http://www.w3.org/Voice/2013/scxml-irp/577/577.txml -> prepending ‘test’ to filename works

They are wrong in the manifest.xml as well as far as I can see. Can we please correct them? We are using a wget script to retrieve them all.
