The "93.43% frozen slices" is odd, but I am not sure what could have 
caused that if all your robots and servers are operational. I would 
like to see "phase XXX reached synchronization point" messages and 
related info from all Polygraph processes. Could you email me a 
tarball with all the console logs and the workload?
