Complilation problem v2.8.1 (Windows XP)

Greetings,

I am not familiar with the complilation process of the
source codes. I have tried many times but it just
won't succeed. For your information, I am using
Microsoft Windows XP.

I need to use Web Polygraph 2.8.1 to replay URL traces
which is not available in version 2.7.6. Is there
anywhere I can find the binary installer for Microsoft
Windows (W2K)? I would really appreciate it if you
could prepare a binary version.
