In the file: "simple.pg", a remark on "SimpleContent"

Would you please be so kind as to view my question :
 
A Web Polygraph version 2.7.6 for W2K is installed.
I would like to know if it's my miss understanding or perhaps not:
 
In the file "simple.pg" , a "//" remark on "SimpleContent" implies that
obj_life_cycle property 
for "SimpleContent" can be set to the value "cntStatic" which is defined
in workloads/include/contents.pg
 
How ever, no such value present in "contents.pg" . On the other hand, a
"olcStatic" value is present.
Now, is it my miss understanding?
