[webmin-announce] Virtualmin 1.2 released

An improved version of Virtualmin is now available for download from
www.virtualmin.com. This release contains the following improvements :

 * Support for temporarily enabling and disabling domains without
   actually deleting their data.
 * The ability to specify the Apache directives that are used in
   a new domain's virtual host section.
 * An option on the domain creation page for specifying an existing
   group for the domain user.
 * Many other small bugfixes and minor improvements.
