This can happen in webmin 0.980 if your system's hostname has no valid IP
address associated with it in /etc/hosts or the DNS. The simplest fix is to
edit /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf and remove the syslog=1 line, then start
webmin with /etc/webmin/start
