[webmin-announce] Webmin pre-release version 1.309 available

Hi Webmin users,

If you want to test the upcoming 1.310 version of Webmin before it is available for public
download, you can get it from http://www.webmin.com/devel.html . Please let me know of any
bugs you find, so I can fix them before 1.310 is released..

New features in this version are listed at http://www.webmin.com/changes-1.309.html .
Most notable are MySQL backup compression, support for creating MySQL DBs with 
different character sets, IPv6 address handling in many modules, action logging in
the Postfix module, HFX and and FATX filesystem support, an improved Ubuntu port,
and improved ACLs and server-side unzipping in the File Manager.
