Nope,
I did some more testing and that process does not spawn any other processes. 
I'm lost. Soooo many hours, so llittle accomplishment.

I'll keep looking, if you think of anything else please let me know.

You must be seeing the Webmin process that then starts the bldora9ddl
process. Try searching for processes whose parent PID is the returned
pid.
