Your best bet would be to configured logrotate to operate on /var/webmin/miniserv.log , 
and to truncate them after they reach some max size, like 1MB. If you do set this
up, make sure logrotate runs  /etc/webmin/stop ; /etc/webmin/start  after rotating
the logs..
