It's not a module. It's a theme. ;-)
There is a get_theme_info function which returns the theme.info data, so
you could do this, I guess:
get_theme_info("virtual-server-theme");
I'm pretty sure there's a way to list available themes, as well, though
I don't see it off-hand.
