To enable this, you need to go to Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Authentication,
and select "Disable session authentication", then click "Save". Then go to Advanced Options,
and change "Make password available to Webmin programs?" to "Yes", click "Save", and 
then logout and login again.

Pretty much everything will work fine, except for cron jobs that make remote RPC calls
to other Webmin systems, as the password isn't available to them.
