[webmin-l] virtualmin reset php.ini

after migrating some domains to virtualmin (coming from a plesk
installation) we found that the plesk php.ini breaks some things. is there
a way to force domains to get a new default php.ini. copying from another
domain is a problem as the temp path is wrong and we have quite a lot of
domains, so some kind of command to just reset the php.ini would be nice to
have.
