It's not in my plans currently - however, there is an option in the latest Virtualmin release to create a Let's Encrypt cert for all new domains.

In Virtualmin, there's a "generate-letsencrypt-cert" API command that you could call from a shell script that runs over all domains. The only tricky part would be figuring out which domains only have a self-signed cert. - Jamie ------------------------------------------------------------------
