[webmin-l] Changing service status "start at boot" not working

Hello.

When changing a service boot status ("System" -> Bootup and Shutdown") from
"not starting" at boot to "start", although Webmin confirms that the
changes have been applied, updating the list still marks the service to
*not* start at boot.

However, if I want to disable a service, it disables correctly. But I can't
activate it again afterwards. It happens with several services (example:
postfix, transmission, dovecot, fail2ban...). I haven't dared to to try to
change any critical service, just in case.

I just discovered rcconf and sysv-rc-conf, allowing me to restore the
scripts in the desired runlevels. Using these utilities, and updating
afterwards the list of services again in webmin, I see that my changes have
been applied correctly.

My system is a Debian 8.4, completly updated, with Webmin 1.801 +
Virtualmin 5.03. No errors have been logged (and if they have, I don't know
where to find them).
