I had read here ...

But I had typed an incorrect file path which I did not spot.
Unfortunately the Custom Commands module does not return error that file
path is not found.
For the record, I did find one useful tip for creating Type: Menu
directly, without a conf file.
Here is an example of Greek alphabet menu .. paste full string into Menu
.. Value field ..
printf
"alpha\nbeta\ngamma\ndelta\nepsilon\nzeta\neta\ntheta\niota\nkappa\nlambda\nmu\nnu\nxi\nomicron\npi\nrho\nsigma\ntau\nupsilon\nphi\nchi\npsi\nomega"
|
Note that the closing pipe character "|" is needed to create the drop
down menu items.
