Yes, its mostly to do with how the email client treats replies. But its 
probably best fixed server side with the mail server sw...but I dont forsee 
that happening too soon.

 Apparently, you wont see the problem if you are
merely reading the emails back from the list in your client, but the SF 
archives place the email in the wrong thread...and send Googlebot into
a trigger warning where it hopelessly seeks a safe space until Mark 
Zuckerberg reads it a nice Russian bedtime story using Facebook.
