Updated the paths, 2 of them are ok, the one for cgi still evades me?

/etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini=Configuration for mod_php  # ok
/etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini=Configuration for scripts run via CGI ** < this 
one is wrong
/etc/php/7.0/cli/php.ini=Configuration for command-line scripts # ok
