[webmin-l] PHP & MySQL

I have a server I would like to upgrade MySQL and PHP on. The server is 64-bit and running CentOS 6.7. When I use yum, through Webmin, to look for packages, the highest version of MySQL it will show is 5.1.73 and PHP 5.3.3. Why is it that yum, through Webmin, only shows these packages and not higher level ones (even when I do a specific search)?
