That seems to have worked, certainly the entries are there. I'll know for
sure when I've run some tests.

This is a test case for migrating a few other servers, one has around 200
email accounts. Is there a way to script an automated process to achieve
this?

One way to do this may be to edit each user in the Virtualmin UI, and set
the "Primary email address enabled" option to "Yes". This should re-create
the Postfix virtual file entries.
