And that is the number of messages currently in the queue?

One "problem" with this is that a monitor should perhaps run more 
frequently than other monitors since it's such a sensitive thing (being 
blacklisted, etc), is there a way to make it refresh status more 
frequently than the "Scheduled monitoring" schedule?
