I may have found something here. Looking at:
http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/universal/virtual-server-4.08.gpl.wbm.gz
in that repository, I see that 4.08, which is the Virtualmin version I'm 
stuck on on other servers, I see it is the last .gz version and that if 
I understand it, the newer ones have a different name like 
wbm-virtual-server-[version numbers]. It could well be that I initially 
installed via the wbm.gz files.

Do I just need to get a rpm version installed so it can see the version 
changes? Is there is any potential issue doing this? I suppose it will 
have to be a yum install and not a yum update. I guess I'll need to 
register a virtualmin repo to do this. When I do yum update or yum 
install on wbm-virtual-server, I get a No package wbm-virtual-server 
available.
