Hmmm... this is a problem at a lower level. Here's the output of my 
restoration attempt.

Restoring Apache virtual host configuration .. .. no Apache virtual host 
found! Restore failed!

I replaced what were proper domain names, the username and the groupname 
above. They were correct.

This is going from a CentOS 5 install to a CentOS 7 install. The one 
main difference I see between the systems is the base user directory. 
The 5 system is using /var/www and the 7 system /home.

The new user directory is created and it looks like at least most of the 
file structure is done. Yes, the domain is a working website and such on 
the 5 system. There for sure is an Apache virtual host.

Under Show what will be restored, I get:
Virtual server password, description and other details
Administration user's password, quota and Cron jobs
Mail/FTP users and mail aliases
Apache webserver configuration
Webalizer configuration and schedule
Logrotate configuration for log file
Webmin ACL files
Server's home directory and web pages

So it's at least finding the Apache config in the gz file.
