Are you using the Authentic Theme? I observed the same thing on your setup; actually on Win 7 and 8.1, and if switching to a different theme it will load. I was told to go to GitHub for the theme and file a bug report but I refused to sign up yet again on another site just to leave a bug report; one should be able to leave bug reports without joining some site. Anyway, you are not alone with this bug. If you want to join the GitHub, feel free to report it.
