[webmin-l] Strange things

I don't even know where to start. First, I created a new virtual server with a domain name and user as the same as the domain. In trying to get the certificate mess straighten out I removed the redirect (logged in as root) from http to https. However, I can not reach the website by http but the site can be reached by https. If you type https://domain.tld the site loads but http://domain.tld the default website for the server loads. I have carefully check the paths for the directory in the port 80 through the Virtualmin interface and it is correct. What is happening here? Now, the second issue is that when I go to the virtual server holding the default website and go to webmin and Apache, I can see the new virtual server in the list; other virtual servers on the machine don't show. The new virtual server was created as a parent. It is suppose to be isolated from the default virtual server but it is showing up in the list.
