Check all of them. All virtual hosts need to be IP:port or you'll get the behavior you are seeing. Any *:port causes the non virtual mode of apache to kick in.

The virtual host that your trying to serve is misconfigured. It
probably says:

Address Any

Port 80

and it should say:

Address 192.168.0.1

Port 80

Using your IP instead of the example.
