Virtualmin didn't create them. The apache package did (Virtualmin has code to detect and remove them during install, but it seems like they come back on upgrades or something, or maybe something has changed and we don't detect this config correctly).

You could delete them, but I'd recommend you do what I suggested earlier...make them IP:port instead of *:port. That will fix the problem and I would hope future apache upgrades wouldn't overwrite modified files with the broken default config.

Are you saying I need to delete those two entries from the
Existing virtual hosts? All of the virtual servers I installed I
specified the IP address. Plus, I use
/home/virtual_server_name/public_html to hold any site.

The virtual host that your trying to serve is
misconfigured. It probably says:

Address Any

Port 80

and it should say:

Address 192.168.0.1

Port 80

Using your IP instead of the example.
