Why would you reinstall everything because a two line Apache misconfiguration?

Virtualmin isn't what is serving your websites, apache is. It's true that Virtualmin isn't providing as much assistance here as I think it should, but the problem is with the Apache configuration. Just disable or delete those virtual hosts, if you're unable to change them. That's the source of your problems. Fix that problem and your sites will work as expected.

You could delete them, but I'd recommend you do
what I suggested earlier...make them IP:port instead of
*:port. That will fix the problem and I would hope future
apache upgrades wouldn't overwrite modified files with the
broken default config.

Are you saying I need to delete those two entries from
the Existing virtual hosts? All of the virtual servers
I installed I specified the IP address. Plus, I use
/home/virtual_server_name/public_html to hold any site.

The virtual host that your trying to serve is
misconfigured. It probably says:

Address Any

Port 80

and it should say:

Address 192.168.0.1

Port 80

Using your IP instead of the example.
