So, I have this one virtualhost that was moved and I have looked everywhere except for where it is, but LetsEncrypt insists that the home directory is in /var/www/username while it is actually /home/username. Where do I fix this? It's nowhere in the apache conf file. Nowhere that I can see in Virtualmin. Webmin user directory is right. But somewhere somehow, LetsEncrypt thinks it is elsewhere. I must admit, I'm sort of glad this happened because now I know that the failure does send me emails and I do hope the email address for those can be changed. I know I can do it by changing the email address on the domain, but that sort of messes up resending sign ups, email box notices and such.
