Thanks Jamie. I had done a grep of the webmin directory and found 5 or 6 
domains that had path issues. I hope it is just as good to edit those 
files by hand. The files in /etc/webmin/virtual-server/domains?

Some had 3 different path errors. stats-pass, cgi-bin and public_html. 
Yes, some of these domains have been around for decades and moved from 
one server to another to another to another.
