I don't know how complete nginx support in Webmin, sorry.
Last I recall was that Webmin/Virtualmin lacking PHP-FPM support which impedes
deployment of webservers using it as a preferred way of communicating with CGI
daemon.

nginx is open-source and free web server. There's a nginx+ commercial offer,
but you would hardly need it unless you have specific needs, like streaming
video and such.
