Ok, this sounds like a theme / browser compatability problem.Is Palemoon based on some other browser, like firefox or chrome?

However, after reading your post I tried the Change Language and Theme and it did switch the theme.  After changing the theme to the Gray Theme, it now loads in Palemoon.
