[webmin-l] Cannot connect to mail server

I have wasted several hours on this; unable to get Thunderbird set up to connect to the mail server. I can ping the mail server so the mail server is up and running. What are the default ports that Virtualmin uses for the Dovecot IMAP/POP server? When Thunderbird does its test it comes back unable to connect.
