I assume you have created a simple apache website via /etc/sites-enabled?

there is no automatic way to move it, but you can do it like this:

   1. move content to a temporary directory
   2. if you did something special in
   /etc/init.d/apache2/sites-available/yoursite.conf copy this file as well.
   3. remove the website from /etc/init.d/apache2/sites-available
   (and..enabled)
   4. install virtualmin
   5. create your domain
   6. move content to the root of your new website in /home/
   domain.com/public_html
   7. copy your changes from the old .conf file to the newly created (it's
   in the same place).important: don't just overwrite the whole file, just
    insert your changes.
      1. do some minor changes to the config of your domain in virtualmin
      (so that virtualmin can pick up your changes and re-write the config)
